Percy Harvin caught eight passes for 108 yards and a touchdown and also rushed in for another score as Minnesota moved to 4-1 after a dominant display.
Quarterback Christian Ponder threw his first two interceptions after 143 attempts without one this year but the Titans (1-4) could not take advantage of the turnovers.
Adrian Peterson charged his way for 88 yards on 17 carries for the Vikings, a stark contrast to the 24 yards Chris Johnson managed on 15 tries.
Titans quarterback Matt Hasselback, standing in for the injured Jake Locker, compiled most of his 200 yards when the game was already decided.
The Vikings set the tone in the first quarter when Ponder floated a perfect pass up the sideline to Harvin, who hauled in the ball in for a 45-yard gain before rushing into the end zone himself four plays later.
The hosts continued to control the game and three field goals from Blair Walsh increased the lead to 16-0 before Harvin caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Ponder to kill the contest off at the end of the third quarter.
Jared Cook finally got Tennessee on the board in the fourth quarter but the Vikings had the last word as Ponder found tight end Kyle Rudolph for a 15-yard touchdown.
