Ricky wraps up his sparring and says he and brother Matthew have never been in better shape for a fight.
Wednesday was the last day of sparring.
But before that it was down to Sunset Park for a jog and some sprints.
Following the run it was a quick shower and the start of the media process to promote the fight with a conference call back to the press in England with the reporters from the national Sunday newspapers.
Sparring consisted of 12 hard rounds - the most I have done in a single session - and it was six with Dominic and six with Timothy.
