Well things have been certainly interesting for me in the last few weeks.
And the first thing I need to address is what I said in my last column, with reference to my move to Wrexham from Shrewsbury.
A number of Town fans took umbrage at my comments - but I think much was taken out of context and misconstrued.
Firstly when I said that the Wrexham's support was a different class - which it is - what I was saying is a cliché that is just meant to mean something is good, that is what I meant.
Shrewsbury's support was always brilliant with me, but I was just trying to get over how good Wrexham had been with me also. I pride myself in being positive with the fans of the team I play for, but by the same token I never have a dig at any of my former clubs - even when I could easily have done.
Obviously we (Wrexham and Shrewsbury) played recently and as I suspected there was a bit of abuse coming my way - but that is only natural I am playing for one of their rivals now. But to be honest I think I played well and I know a number of Shrews still wish I was there.
That brings me on to the point that Wrexham are a bigger club and again that was merely trying to emphasise the fact that I had not taken a step down from leaving Shrewsbury - and I think that is very much the case.
At Wrexham we have been dealing with a lot of issues and I have been in the media a lot because of current situation.
We are not doing well, as is plain for anyone to see and our boss has taken a lot of stick - which is totally unfair. We as players know we haven't performed and we must take responsibility for that.
The club have announced changes are to be made, but that is not for us as players or me as captain to comment on - we just have to make sure we get our act together and I think recent displays have shown that.
Many people ask what is going wrong, but if you look at the stats we have scored the least amount of goals in the league and that tells you everything you need to know. As a team, we are not doing it at the other end and that is just making life difficult for ourselves.
The 0-0 draw with Wycombe on Wednesday was a positive result, we defended well and we missed a penalty which would have given us the win - which I think we deserved and it would have been great to give the fans something to go home with.
Many people think our support is dipping but for a midweek game, on a Champions League night with Manchester United on television, to get over 2,500 is outstanding and not many teams in our position would get such a reaction and I can only thank you all for that.
Away from the pitch not too much has been happening - but my brother Chris is celebrating the birth of his third son and that is great news for our family and I hopefully will get the chance to see them soon, but with us both being professional footballers it isn't always that easy!
