In his latest diary entry, Jason Quigley talks about life with new trainer Dominic Ingle and sparring sessions with gym-mate Kell Brook.

Since even before I turned professional, I always liked the style that came out of the Ingle gym. They were very elusive and very different, because they do not have that one type of fighter. They let you use what you're good at and be yourself. That's what I like.

Kell Brook makes his debut at super-welterweight when he faces Sergey Rabchenko on March 3, live on Sky Sports.

In America, I was brought into the Mexican style of fighting, but I'm getting back to the footwork, the movement, my hand speed - throwing shots from all of these different angles.

Brook is relishing his comeback fight against Sergey Rabchenko

To be honest, the main thing that I like about it is we all get on really well. Everybody was like a bit of a family in Fuerteventura.

Boxing is supposed to be an individual sport, but it feels like a team sport being with this camp. We train hard when we have to, but we can mess about and have a bit of fun outside the gym. We chill out, there's go-karting, we go bowling over here, and mini golf.

Sparring has been going great with Kell. Very sharp, very fast spars, very technical spars. Kell is getting into nice shape now. He's trimming down and everything is falling together nicely for him.

He's very focused, he's very hungry and I'm excited for this fight. I think all Kell's fans should be looking forward to it too, because Kell is looking to re-establish himself in boxing and is ready to rock and roll come March 3.

I'm just waiting on confirmation for my next fight. It should be any day now and will be exciting news for the Irish fans. I feel like I'm back to myself again and I'm ready to put on some dazzling performances.

I've started creeping up the rankings, putting my name up there, and this is the year when everyone is going to recognise who I am and that I'm a force to be reckoned with.
