World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has adopted a new musical training method ahead of his fight with Kubrat Pulev on October 28, live on Sky Sports Box Office

World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has showcased some smooth musical footwork in his latest training video.

The 27-year old is in camp for the defence of his WBA, IBF and IBO world titles against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on October 28, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

And Joshua, who last fought in April when stopping Wladimir Klitschko in the 11th round at Wembley Stadium, has been posting regular updates in preparation for the Bulgarian contender.

In his latest video, he is seen showing off his slick footwork routine to a musical number ahead of performing in front of a record-breaking crowd in Wales next month.

Over 70,000 tickets have been sold for the heavyweight showdown in the Welsh capital, making it the fastest selling event to be held at the stadium, as Joshua looks to register his 20th straight KO win.
