Adam and Johnny are joined by British super-lightweight champion Tyrone Nurse

Tyrone Nurse is the guest on the latest edition of Ringside's State of the Week as he joins Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson.

The Huddersfield fighter is the current British super-lightweight champion and is preparing to make the second defence of his belt against Tommy Coyle, on July 30.

Nurse (33-2-1-KO7) is a clear favourite to retain the Lonsdale belt and move on to bigger things, but knows he will have to be at his best against Hull's Coyle, who is determined to upset the odds.

As well as assess the threat posed by 'Boom Boom', Nurse will look back on his impressive stoppage of former world champion Willie Limond last time out.

There's currently another Scot, Nurse's old friend Ricky Burns, sitting pretty as the WBA world super-lightweight champion and Nurse will be looking to get to world level himself sooner rather than later.
