Anthony Joshua has warned Wladimir Klitschko that "respect goes out the window" when the opening bell sounds for their hotly-anticipated showdown on Saturday night.
Joshua will make the third defence of his IBF title against the Ukrainian and the vacant WBA 'Super' belt is also at stake as the pair headline a stacked card at Wembley Stadium, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
There has been plenty of mutual respect between the pair in the build-up to the bout but that will not stop Joshua hunting for the knockout in front of a sold-out 90,000 capacity crowd.
"Trust me, when leather starts landing on your jaw that respect goes out the window," Joshua told Sky Sports News HQ, as the two heavyweights showcased their skills at a public workout at Wembley Arena.
"It is a fight. The best man wins. That is what it comes down to. This is what we do. Wladimir has been doing it for so many years and I have been doing it for so many years.
"I have met opponents that I don't like and I have met some opponents that I do like but at the end of the day the destination and the goal has always been the same and that is winning."
Joshua appeared relaxed and confident as he thanked fans for coming out and he promised to deliver a career-defining performance on Saturday night.
"Victory is written all over me right now because I feel great," Joshua added, as Klitschko watched him intently from a seat at ringside.
"I feel positive, I feel confident and that is all that matters."
