Kell Brook wants a storm to rain down on Bramall Lane tonight to make it as uncomfortable as possible for Errol Spence Jr.
Weather reports are predicting a downpour ahead of the IBF world welterweight title fight at Bramall Lane, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Early showers on Saturday cleared some of the humidity in south Yorkshire, but local hero Brook wants to see it take another turn for the worse when he gets in with his American challenger.
"To be honest, I would love the weather to get bad," Brook exclusively told Sky Sports. "In fact, I hope there's a hail storm over him!
"I want it to be as uncomfortable as possible for Errol tonight before and after the first bell.
"Errol is a great fighter but I'm gonna hit him very hard and fight tonight, the fans are in for a real treat.
"I'm calling on the fans to make some noise, your support will lift me tonight and this win will be for all of us."
Brook and Spence Jr both passed this morning's check weight, with promoter Eddie Hearn expecting to see the 'Special One' enter the ring around half-a-stone heavier than the American.
