Sam Eggington has his sights set on a world title crack if he comes through the first defence of his European title on the undercard of the all-British battle between Anthony Crolla and Ricky Burns.
'The Savage' will be making the first defence of his welterweight strap against mandatory challenger, Mohamed Mimoune, at the Manchester Arena on October 7, live on Sky Sports.
The packed card will also include Olympic stars Joshua Buatsi and Josh Kelly, with Eggington revealing that WBA welterweight champion Lamont Peterson is now on his radar.
Eddie Hearn mentioned Lamont Peterson and that would be amazing.
"It's good to take care of the mandatory and I know he's going to be well up for it," he said.
"I've not watched him myself but I'm told he's an awkward southpaw so I am certainly not looking past him.
"I want to take on all-comers and I want a huge fight with another big name. Paulie was a big name but because of the stage of his career that's not being looked at as a great win.

Eggington is on a roll after stopping former Conor McGregor sparring partner and two-weight world champion Malignaggi in March. Frenchman Mimoune has not lost in three years.
Former world champions Crolla and Burns will be topping the bill at 125lbs, with Robbie Barrett making the first defence of his British lightweight title against Lewis Ritson.
