Joseph Parker says he is "really ready" for his unification bout with Anthony Joshua on Saturday.
The huge world heavyweight clash takes place at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, live on Sky Sports Box Office, with Joshua defending his WBA 'super' and IBF titles, and Parker his WBO belt.
Parker, who has trained at David Haye's gym in the build-up to the fight, believes his preparations have set him in good stead to overcome Joshua for the first time in his career.
"I'm sharp all around - I feel good and I feel ready, really ready," said Parker.
"It's been a great camp and we've done a lot of great work. We've actually kept sharp in David Haye's gym, doing the right things - eating well, keeping healthy, sleeping good. We're on track now.
"As it's the final week we're going to maintain what we've worked so hard for and what we've done in the gym. We want to keep sharp, keep loose and just prepare for March 31."
Although Joshua holds the home advantage this weekend, New Zealand's Parker, who has Samoan heritage, is keen to repay the support he has received from fans back home.
Speaking at the High Commission of New Zealand, London, he added: "I'm very aware of the support I have, not only do I get messages of support, I have videos back home, there's people sending me hashtags of support.
"There's so many supporters that want me to do great from New Zealand and Samoa. Coming here - what a humbling experience. To have all of these people come together to catch up, show their support, their love - they want me to do my best."
