The Bury fighter will have home advantage when he battles Yoandris Salinas for the WBA super-bantamweight title as chief support to the heavyweight showdown in Manchester, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Quigg has climbed the rankings with an unbeaten run of 26 fights and ruthlessly halted William Prado in his most recent appearance in June.
The 24-year-old is relishing the chance to perform on a big stage and believes the support of his fans will help him secure world title glory.
"It's a dream come true that my first world title fight will be in Manchester," said Quigg.
"It'll be a massive boost to have my fans there and, with Haye and Fury fighting too, it's a huge night to be involved in and a great stage to land a world title. I've worked so hard to get here and I'm going to grab this title with both hands."
Irishman Andy Lee also features on the undercard and will be hoping to work his way back into world title contention with a win over Domenico Spada.
Lee suffered a seventh-round stoppage defeat against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr last June, but has responded with two wins after linking up with Haye's trainer Adam Booth.
Spada's last defeat was a points loss against Lee's domestic rival Darren Barker and he wants to send out a statement by becoming the first man to halt the Italian.
Lee said: "This is a great next step for me in my career. Spada has been around the world scene for years now and has never before been stopped.
"He's a renowned tough guy with a solid chin and a great work ethic. Therefore, it is my aim to go out there, put on a show and become the first man to stop him."
