Groves again tried to fire up Froch when the two fighters came face-to-face ahead of their world title fight this Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
The 25-year-old challenger cranked up the mind games by telling the experienced champion how he plans to rip away his titles in Manchester.
"Carl keeps saying that I'm lying as such, I'm not confident when I say I'm confident. I'm not ready when I say I'm ready," said Groves.
"I think he believes I'm going to get in there and run from him, but Carl you're wrong.
"I'm going to come out, I'm going to meet you centre of the ring first round and I'm going to win the jab exchanges and I'm going to hit you with two right hands, just two, just to let you know whenever I want, I can hit you with a right hand.
"Second round I'm going to come out and I'm going to do the same. I'm going to take the centre of the ring, I'm going to win the jab exchanges and I'm going to hit him with more right hands.
"Third round I'm going to come out and push him back. I'm going to push him on his back foot. After the third round Carl, you're going to see what happens next. It's all down to you from there."
Froch was far from impressed with his opponent's audacious display of confidence and admitted he expects the opposite when they step into the ring.
"Well I'm very surprised that he's come up with that little game-plan in a short space of time," said the WBA and IBF super-middleweight champion.
"He's going to come to the centre of the ring and he's going to hit me with two rights, was it two right hands?
"The first one's not going to do any damage, so he's going to hit me with another one and I'm going to sit there and let him do that. Stupendous again from George Groves, over to you.
"My experience at top level, my punching power and George Groves' lack of ability to be able to take a punch is going to be the reason why he's not going to do what he said he's going to do. He's going to come in the ring and run for his life, jab and grab and try and get through it. He's not going to stand and fight."
The pair swopped more heated words before Froch made a chilling prediction.
"I've come here today to do him a favour and tell him exactly what I'm going to do. I hope on fight night Carl you take my good advice. You make some adjustments towards it," said Groves.
Froch replied: "You've embarrassed yourself and on Saturday night I'm going to get a chance to put it right and trust me on Saturday nght you're in a world of trouble and you are going to learn some respect."
