    Over 75 Ojha 0-2-0-0-0-0

281-3 - Ojha continues after the brief break and concedes two as Shahadat backs away and clubs the ball - one bounce to Zaheer at long-on.

  •

    Over 74 Harbhajan 0-0-1-0-0-0

279-3 - Dropped catch as Mishra puts down a sitter at long-on as Shahadat looked to go big. Harbhajan will be especially frustrated given his indifferent form with the ball yesterday. The players take drinks.

  •

    Over 73 Ojha 1-0-0-0-4-1

278-3 - The Shahadat show continues as he slog sweeps Ojha to the midwicket fence for four more.

  •

    Over 72 Zaheer 1-0-0-6-0-0

272-3 - Incredibly sloppy stuff by the Indian fielders as an overthrow results in two becoming six. Shahadat mistimes a pull towards midwicket. Gautam Gambhir fields and throws but the bowler and the backing-up fielder Amit Mishra fail to collect, while Harbhajan Singh pathetically tries to stop the ball from crossing the ropes with his feet and messily kicks the ball over. Zaheer shows his anger by pinning Shahadat with a bruising bouncer, which strikes the right-hander on the shoulder. That's also the 50-run partnership.

  •

    Over 71 Ojha 0-0-0-0-1-0

265-3 - Slight indecision as the batsmen stop and start before completing a single, which was - with hindsight - safe from the onset. Ojha varying his pace nicely.

  •

    Over 70 Zaheer 0-0-0-0-0-4

264-3 - Zaheer returns from the other end and Shahadat continues to impress as he leans in and drives the final ball for his third boundary. Not much footwork there but the timing was sublime.

  •

    Over 69 Ojha 0-0-0-0-0-0

260-3 - Good over by Ojha as he delivers a maiden to Ashraful who opts to defend watchfully. Silly point was incredibly close there as India target quick wickets.

  •

    Over 68 Sharma 0-0-0-1-0-0

260-3 - Sharma continues and creates some doubt as one stays low and bobbles to Dhoni behind the stumps. Ashraful gets off strike on the next delivery as he opens the face and guides the ball towards deep point. Plays that nice and close to his body. Shahadat sees out the final two balls with his textbook-like defence. He really is no mug with the bat.

  •

    Over 67 Ojha 0-0-0-0-6-0

259-3 - Dhoni turns to spin as Pragyan Ojha - who bowled tightly yesterday - enters the attack. Shahadat makes his intentions clear as he skips down the wicket and launches Ojha high into the stands with a fantastic lofted drive. The crowd are loving this.

  •

    Over 66 Sharma 0-0-4-0-0-1

253-3 - Shahadat continues to frustrate as his attempted pull gets a thick top edge, which lobs over the slips cordon for four more. Clearly not afraid to take on Sharma who is far from impressed. Shahadat then glances the final ball off his pads for a comfortable single.

  •

    Over 65 Zaheer 1-0-0-0-1-4

248-3 - Ashraful shows some faith in his partner by slashing the opening ball towards backward point for a single. Shahadat then smartly plays a full delivery off his toes for one before Ashraful gloves another menacing bouncer down to the fine leg fence for four. Unlucky for Zaheer there.

  •

    Over 64 Sharma 0-0-4-0-0-0

242-3 - Shahadat Hossain shows little respect for Sharma as he pulls a short one to the boundary for four. Nice shot by the lanky right-hander who is getting nicely in line with the ball when defending.

  •

    Over 63 Zaheer 4-0-0-0-0-0

238-3 - Shot of the day, as Ashraful drives splendidly through the covers for four. Pure class by the right-hander who does well to evade a nasty follow-up bouncer by Zaheer. He was clearly caught by surprise there but did well to drop his gloves at the last moment.

  •

    Over 62 Sharma 0-2-0-0-0-1lb

234-3 - Ishant Sharma opens from the other and is getting some encouraging inswing. Nevertheless, Ashraful collects two more by tucking the ball to midwicket.

  •

    Over 61 Zaheer 0-0-3-0-0-0

231-3 - The highly-talented Mohammad Ashraful gets his first runs of the day with a drive down the ground for three. He really needs to step up to the plate today if Bangladesh are to salvage an unlikely result.

    Set to go

The players are out on the field and Zaheer Khan - who claimed three scalps yesterday - will bowl the first over of the day.
