    Hafeez checking his gloves and pads before every ball, going through his rituals. Then he inside edges it and it goes for four, it was close the stumps, Sammy making the ball stop on the batsman. After 17 overs Pakistan are 64 for 1.

    Narine gets the leading edge of Jamshed, but there was no one in the covers to catch it. A good over from Narine, three runs from it.

    Punched off the back foot for four, Hafeez plays that shot well and Sammy dropped it short and it sat up to be hit again. A direct hit and the umpires asks the third umpire for a decision. The replays show that Jamshed was safely home. Five from the over, Pakistan 56 for 1.

    Narine continues, a couple of good overs will bring him back to his best. Narine turns this the other way and Hafeez misses it, there was a slip waiting for the edge. Good thinking from Narine and Bravo. A quick single, well run in the end. Just a single from the over.

    Sammy comes in to bowl, replacing Roach. Jamshed swings, aiming for the big shot, but misses. This is not required, he should be looking to play through the innings. Then he takes a single on the leg side. A bit of pressure on Hafeez who has not scored runs recently. Jamshed finds the gap in the covers perfectly and gets a boundary to take Pakistan to 50.

    The professor, aka Hafeez, gets off the mark with a single and then he square cuts Narine for a four. Narine may be struggling because of an injury to his spinning finger. Hafeez takes a single to rotate the strike. The turning off break goes wide, and Charles has to collect it which gives Jamshed time to slide his foot back in to the crease.

    The bowlers can't afford to bowl short on this pitch, they have to keep it full. Ahmad Shehzad swings only to get an edge on that one and Charles takes a good catch, first wicket for the West Indies and Roach gets it. Hafeez comes out to bat. After 11 overs, Pakistan 38 for 1.

    Last over of the first power play and Shehzad pulls this for a six over midwicket. It was a short ball and just sat up for Shehzad to hit it and he did well. Just the six and a single from the over.

Narine runs it down to third man for a single. Bravo bottom edges it to third man for four, lucky shot but these runs will be welcome. A single from the last ball and WI end with 232 for 8.

The bat goes to square leg umpire and the ball goes to short fine leg, Bravo gets a bye in the end and wants a change of gloves. A good yorker from Ali and Pollard is lucky to dig this out. Another yorker and this time Pollard's off stumps goes flying. In the block hole and Pakistan are back into this match. WICKET! Pollard goes and Sammy comes, can he keep the momentum going. A wide again, Pakistan giving away a lot of extras. Sammy gets a single from the last ball. WI 224 for 6 with one over to go.

    Three more overs to go, can West Indies get to a good score. Ajmal bowls well under pressure, no room on offer for Pollard. Good running between the wickets from Bravo and Pollard, just working Ajmal away for a couple. A wide from Ajmal, every run and ball counts. Bravo works him again for a single, the plan seems to be to play Ajmal out and attack others. The outfield is slow so Pollard only get a couple through the covers.

    Riaz almost muscled out of the ground by Pollard, but he misses and the keeper collects, no run. There is a long on but there is no chance of him stopping that. Pollard swings and connects and it is four runs. Riaz bowls a wide under pressure. Pollard gets another couple of runs down the ground. Six, Pollard hits it out of the ground over long on again. He really likes to muscle the ball over that region. Bravo gets into the action and hits it over the covers for four.

    A delay in proceedings as Akmal is off the field. Ajmal has a chat with Misbah. A wide down leg and then one that catches Bravo off guard. Four straight down the ground and Pollard's power beats long on with ease. A single taken from the last ball, Pollard retains strike.

    Bravo cuts it away, away from third man for a couple of runs. Irfan starts his last over. A chance for caught behind, but the umpire does not give it and replays show there was no edge. A wide down leg side from Irfan. Bravo is not given any room and just plays it to midwicket for no run. Just four from the over and Irfan finishes his spell.

    Irfan gets the edge but there is no slip to take the catch, Pollard gets it down the third man for a single. Bravo reaches for the ball, but does not get an edge on it as Irfan appeals for caught behind. Good running, converting the single to two with some quick feet. Bravo gets a boundary through square leg to finish off the over.

    Irfan comes back into the attack, replaces Afridi who has finished his quota with style. 10 overs, 2 for 29 from Afridi today. A quick single to Pollard and then to Bravo. A play and a miss from Pollard, Irfan hitting the right length. Played down the leg side for two as fine leg cuts it off.

    Ajmal continues, he has two wickets today. Edged and the slip misses it and Bravo gets a boundary. It was an outside edge and the slips missed it and West Indies get a handy boundary. After 38 overs WI are 148 for 4.

    Afridi into his 9th over, he has gone for less than 3 runs per over. Another quick over from him and just three from it.

    The power play has to be taken. WICKET! Samuels trying something different and Ajmal hits his off stump. Samuels trying to make some room for himself perishes as Ajmal smiles and celebrates. Dwayne Bravo comes out to bat. Bravo sweeps, gets a top edge on the bat and it goes over the keeper for three runs.

    Simmons tries to sweep and misses, it hits the keepers pads then goes through the slip for a couple of runs. Five from the over.

    WICKET! The doosra from Ajmal, it does not turn and goes through Bravo's defenses and disturbs the timber. Simmons comes out to bat. A big shout for lbw but the umpire is unmoved. Successful over for Pakistan, WI 127 for 3.

    Bravo is in pain as he goes for a quick single, and is hit by the ball on the forearm, the physio comes out to give him some treatment. A bit of magic spray and Bravo is feeling better. Samuels gets a leading edge and it goes for four through the covers. It was a decent shot, just the edge making it look like a chance. Seven from the over.

    Ajmal replaces Afridi. It spins away from Bravo who does well to hit it but can't get through point. A chance of a quick single but the point fielder is quick to stop it. Another one spinning away from Bravo, defended. Ajmal swept but Bravo only gets some thigh on it, for a single. Wide, Ajmal gives away five wides as this misses the keeper and the batsman.

    Afridi gives away a couple of singles from the first two balls and then Samuels hits it to him and he stops it. An appeal for lbw and then stumped as Samuels tries to play and misses. Everything is happening out there.

    Hafeez comes in to replace Ajmal and West Indies squeeze a single. Bravo gets is 50 from the last ball of the over, as an edge runs down for four.

    Ajmal confusing the batsmen with his experience. Bravo finally gets hold of him and drives him to cover, but Misbah does well to stop it and avoid runs.     Ajmal comes back into the attack after the drinks break and beats Bravo straightaway. A quick over from Ajmal just a couple of runs from it.

    Afridi tosses it up and Samuels covers the drift and gets a single. Another single to Bravo, West Indies going at around 4 runs per over. Just the two runs from the Afridi over.

    Asad Ali brought back into the attack as Samuels starts finding the middle of his bat. He was slightly expensive in his first spell compared to other bowlers today. Samuels hit on the pad, but it was edged on to the pad, resulting in a stifled appeal. Inside edge and four, just missing the leg stump and some luck for Bravo.

    Bravo is well set at the crease, he is judging the pace of the pitch well. West Indies will want him to bat through the innings. Riaz and Afridi bowling as a combination is also effective, not letting the batsmen settle into one pace and bounce. Samuels gets off the mark with a single to third man. Just two from the over.

    Afridi shouts catch but it is away from the fielders. WICKET! Charles walks down the ground and misses, Umar Akmal stumps him, Afridi gets the breakthrough. Samuels comes out to the crease. The umpire refers another stumping but Samuels is safe, optimistic appeal from Akmal. Afridi beats Samuels again with his flight.

    The umpires are replacing the ball and Pakistanis are not happy as they want to bowl spin. Afridi continues and Charles gets a single from a legbreak and then Afridi bowls a wide and Bravo runs for a single. Charles slices it past Shehzad at point for a boundary to third man. After 17 overs, West Indies 77 for 1.

    West Indies going exactly at 4 runs per over. West Indies need to make this partnership count by not giving Pakistan the wicket. Bravo digs out the yorker and skillfully gets a four to third man. Charles thinks he hit it, but it is leg byes and four down to fine leg. Charles then pushes it past backward point for a single. Ten runs from the over.

    Riaz continues and he is bowling fast now, over 140 kph. Just a single from the last ball, another great over from Pakistan.

    Now Irfan is bowling fast, 143 kph to start the over. Charles swings and misses. Bravo defends a few, Irfan really putting in the extra effort. The effort ball makes him over step and it is a free hit. The free hit goes for a single down to third man, no damage done.

    A flick through the on side and Bravo gets a couple, elegant shot. This partnership has scored more than 50 runs now, West Indies will welcome this after the batting collapse in the last game. Charles swats it for a run to square leg. Four from the over, West Indies 56 for 1.

    Irfan comes back into the attack and has a change of ends. Irfan has been slower today, but has maintained some good lengths and lines. A chance of a run out, but the batsmen decide not to take the single. Misbah was fielding too and he ran out Gayle in the last game. After 12 overs, West Indes are 52 for 1.

    Ajmal is replaced by Riaz, Pakistan shuffling their bowlers. Riaz bowls it outside off for a wide. It is raining, and the umpires call for the covers to come on.

    Hafeez comes on to bowl, spin from both ends now for Pakistan. Afridi at leg slip and Misbah at slip. A good shot from Charles, he paused when Hafeez paused in his run up and played it through the off side for three. Hafeez spins this one away from the batsman, Bravo misses it, so does the keeper and it goes down for four byes.

    A surprise from Misbah, Ajmal comes in to bowl. Ajmal starts with a loose one down leg and Bravo sweeps and takes a single. Charles comes down the wicket and hits it for a six, Ajmal taking the treatment. It is getting darker by the minute now, as Charles angles it down the leg side for a single.

    Overcast conditions as Ali starts his 4th over. Bravo times this to perfection and it goes through midwicket for four, even on this wet outfield. Ali strays wide outside off and Bravo plays this on the up for four through point. After two consecutive fours, Bravo takes a single. Another good over for the West Indies.

    Irfan bowls a full toss and Charles hits it on the leg side for a four, first loose ball from Irfan. Irfan bowls a few dots and walks up to Charles and stares at him. Six runs from the over.

    Ali starts and Bravo defends. A good come back from Ali, bowls a maiden after his last over went for 11.

    Ali's last over has released the pressure, Irfan will have to keep things tight at his end. Bravo takes a single. Edged and just dropping short of the keeper.

    Ali continues, Bravo drives through the point region for four, good footwork and solid shot. Brilliant shot, the outfield is slow so Bravo get three from that cover drive, just leaned back and played it through the line. It is Charles who finishes off the over with a boundary, a good over for West Indies.

    A bit of late swing for Irfan, a very good start from him today again. Bravo leaves a few alone. Umpire Nero has a word with Irfan about running on the danger area. Irfan is bowling slower today that a couple of days ago. Umpires having a word with Misbah about the catching fielders. Bravo works it on to the leg side, well-balanced shot get him three runs in the end.

    Darren Bravo comes in to bat, in the second over of the innings. Asad Ali starts at the other end. Charles hits it down the ground, but the ball does not go far on a slow outfield. A good start from Asad Ali, just a couple of runs from the over.

    Mohammad Irfan warms up and will start, both teams are unchanged. A good over from Irfan to start, bowling full to Charles and on a good length. WICKET! Irfan gets Gayle out, with some late away movement and Gayle is drawn into the shot but only manages to edge it to the keeper.

    Misbah has won the toss and has elected to bowl first. Bowling is their strength so they will be looking to limit West Indies, who in turn could be dangerous if Gayle, Pollard, Sammy, Charles or any of their star players decide to play a big knock.
