Football League Awards

We have teamed up with the Football League to offer a lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Football League Awards Dinner. The prize also includes travel and accommodation costs to a maximum of £200.
This season's event will take place on Sunday 29th March 2009 at the Grosvenor House on London's Park Lane. We expect over 900 attendees from clubs, media, partners and sponsors. The event is the first major football awards of the year and has a clear point of difference from other ceremonies, which focus exclusively on players and managers. The event will be broadcast on Sky Sports with additional radio and press, both nationally and at a local/regional level. There is the opportunity to sponsor award categories or other elements of the event.
The Football League is real football for real fans. The last four seasons have seen crowds at more than 16 million, making this the best attended period for nearly 50 years. However, League football is much more than just 90 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, with clubs engaged in extensive community activity and youth development.
Established in 2006 The Football League Awards is an annual gala event which celebrates excellence both on and off the pitch. The event is a joint venture between The Football League and FourFourTwo magazine.
FourFourTwo is the best selling football magazine in the UK and its highly successful April edition looks at the best talent in the Coca-Cola Football League.
Sky Sports' Football League live presenter George Gavin will be hosting the evening.
