Set amid 450 acres of stunning Cornish countryside in the beautiful Tamar Valley, St Mellion International Resort has transformed itself into the south west's premier golf and leisure destination. The brand new golf hotel is complemented by the three different dining experiences, from the a la carte restaurant to the informal atmosphere of the golfers bar, with a view over the 18th green of the Nicklaus Course.<p>
