Caddick: Set to return to lead Somerset attack at Taunton
Kent are sweating over the fitness of batsman Darren Stevens ahead of their trip to Taunton.
The right-hander has been struggling with a groin problem in recent weeks. Matt Walker stands by to replace him if he fails to recover in time.
Azhar Mahmood is definitely ruled out for the away team having suffered some discomfort in his back during the three-wicket win over Yorkshire.
Director of cricket Graham Ford will draft in Ryan McLaren as a like-for-like replacement, as Kent look to maintain their impressive form having won their last five matches in all competitions.
Somerset look set to recall Andrew Caddick after the veteran paceman was rested for the draw against Durham.
The former England international is steadily returning to action from a neck injury and played in the recent tour match against South Africa.
