England v West Indies Test Series 2012
Andrew Strauss hopes England will continue their winning streak against South Africa later in the summer.
The Test series with the West Indies ended in damp fashion on Monday when the third match at Edgbaston was drawn, three of the five days totally lost to rain.
Strauss was satisfied with a 2-0 series success and has now turned his attentions to the Proteas.
"I think we played a lot of cricket over the course of the series," he said.
"There were some really good performances from a lot of members of the side.
"We'll look forward to our next assignment against South Africa with a lot of hope and a fair amount of confidence as well.
"We're very happy to have won the series. We've played some good cricket in the first two games.
"This game was very frustrating with the weather primarily and a particularly frustrating 10th-wicket partnership from the West Indies.
"The game never really got going and it's a bit of a damp way to finish the series, but we're delighted to have won."England v West Indies. Click here to bet.
