Bangladesh celebrate after holding their nerve in Dhaka
Bangladesh claimed a 3-2 ODI series win over West Indies by chasing down a target of 218 for a two-wicket victory in the deciding match.
Mushfiqur Rahim (44) and Mahmudullah (48) put on 91 for the fourth wicket after West Indies fast bowler Kemar Roach had reduced Bangladesh to 30-3 in Dhaka.
Left-arm spinner Sunil Narine (3-38) removed Mushfiqur and Mahmudullah, and Roach completed figures of 5-56 with the wickets of Sohag Gazi and Abdur Razzak as the home side stuttered with the winning line in sight.
But Nasir Hossain finished off the job with 39 not out, cutting the winning boundary off Andre Russell from the final ball of the 44th over.
Seam bowler Shafiul Islam had earlier claimed 3-31 as West Indies - who had recovered from 2-0 down in the series - were bowled out for 217 in 48 overs after being asked to bat.
Kieron Pollard slammed eight sixes and five fours in his 85 off 74 balls and received good support from Darren Bravo in a fourth-wicket alliance of 132 to lead the tourists out of early trouble at 17-3.
But Pollard's exit in the 32nd over, bowled by left-arm spinner Mominul Haque (2-14), was the start of another collapse from 149-3, the final seven wickets going down for 68.
