Phil Jaques: Blasted 87 from 83 ball for Yorkshire against the Steelbacks
Adil Rashid: Took career-best figures in List A cricket on Thursday
Yorkshire Carnegie still have outside hopes of reaching the CB40 semi-finals after a 69-run win against Northamptonshire at Wantage Road.
Adil Rashid returned a List A-best 4-38 to restrict Northamptonshire to 193 in response to the visitor's 262-8.
The Yorkshire innings was built around an innings of 87 from Australian opener Phil Jacques and contributions from David Miller (44), Adam Lyth (29) and Rashid (25).
Lee Daggett took four wickets for the Steelbacks but they came at a cost of 54 runs - nearly seven-an-over.
Northants innings began well with Rob Newton and Niall O'Brien putting on 54 for the first wicket in ten overs, but from there wickets fell at regular intervals and the run rate climbed.
Miller was responsible for two run-outs and the late developing Iain Wardlaw took wickets with the last two deliveries of the innings as Yorkshire took charge and claimed the two points.
