No play Thursday due to rain
Glamorgan and Leicestershire could see their clash reduced to one innings a side after rain washed out play for a second successive day.
With umpires Barry Leadbetter and John Steele left with no option to abandon play at 10am after torrential overnight, the two sides could enforce a rule that sees the game cut to one innings each.
Should the pitch not be ready until tea on Friday, that rule could be instigated in a bid for a result to be possible.
No play Wednesday due to rain
The opening day of Glamorgan's Division Two match against Leicestershire at Abergavenny was a complete washout.
Umpires Barry Leadbetter and John Steele called off play at 1.45pm after persistent rain left the bowlers' run-ups saturated.
If and when play does finally get underway, Glamorgan pacemen Simon Jones is expected to make his first Championship appearance since May.
