Sharjah CA Stadium, UAE
Afghanistan inflicted a second defeat in three days on Scotland in the ICC World Cricket League Championship.
The second match in Sharjah was closer than Wednesday's seven-wicket rout but the result was the same, Kyle Coetzer's century led Scotland to 259-9 but Afghanistan eased home by five wickets.
Coetzer batted for 46.3 overs before being run out for 133 from 136 balls, the mainstay of Scotland's total.
He received strong support from Josh Davey, who contributed 64 to a second wicket stand of 134, though no other batsmen surpassed the extras total of 14.
Samiullah Shenwari took 3-42 while there were two wickets apiece for Dawlat Zadran, who also ran out Coetzer, and Mohammad Nabi.
Afghanistan, in contrast to their opponents, had contributions throughout their batting order as they chased down the target with eight balls to spare.
