Warwickshire beat Nottinghamshire by 52 runs
Warwickshire ran out comfortable winners in a low-scoring contest with Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge.
Ian Westwood was the main danger in the Warwickshire line-up as they struggled to score big runs and managed to score 173 all out from their 50 overs when batting first.
Westwood made 64 of those runs as the Notts bowlers enjoyed themselves with Darren Pattison taking 4-29 while Samit Patel recorded figures of 3-19.
The Bears' target soon started to look a good one though as the home side's wickets started to tumble at an alarming pace.
Neil Carter took 3-25 but James Anyon trumped that with remarkable figures of 3-6 from five overs as Notts were blasted out for just 121 after just 30 overs.
