Dougie Brown has become Warwickshire assistant coach, while Keith Piper has ended a 19-year association with the county.
Former England and Scotland all-rounder Brown had already been coaching the elite academy, but will now take over Piper's second XI coaching post as well after the club decided to merge the roles.
Ex-England A wicketkeeper Piper is taking voluntary redundancy and the club's director of cricket Ashley Giles believes the Bears will benefit from the changes.
"Firstly, I would like to thank Pipes for his service to the club. He has been a great servant for Warwickshire and has been a lively character to have around the dressing room both in his playing career and as a coach," Giles said.
"Pipes will always be remembered for his outstanding keeping skills during the glory years in the nineties.
"Moving forward, I believe Dougie will bring his raw enthusiasm and passion for cricket into his new role, he is a Bear through and through and will offer support both mentally and physically to the players in his charge."
