All-rounder called up by Proteas after Elgar ruled out by knee injury

Albie Morkel has been recalled to the South Africa squad for their five-game one-day series against Sri Lanka. The all-rounder replaces uncapped Dean Elgar in the 14-man party after Elgar's withdrawal with a knee injury.
