Sky Bet are preparing for a big pay out to punters as Alastair Cook continues his record breaking form in India.
The England skipper rattled up his 23rd Test century as his side took a firm grip on day two of the third Test in Kolkata.
After centuries in the opening two Tests, the online bookmaker offered 16/1 about Cook scoring back-to-back hundreds in the first innings of the final two matches of the four match series.
Punters duly snapped up the price and now Sky Bet's head of cricket trading Jon Hesford admits he's fearing the worst.
Hesford said: "Cook came into this series in good form but not even the most optimistic England supporters would have expected him to hit five centuries in a row for England.
"After his ton in Mumbai punters lumped on the 16/1 on him hitting centuries in the third and fourth Tests.
"India's bowlers don't seem to have any answers to break through his defences and it could prove pretty costly if he goes on and scores another ton in the final Test."
Sky Bet already have the prolific left-hander priced at 4/1 to score a ton in the first innings of the fourth and final Test in Nagpur.
Cook finished unbeaten on 136 as England closed day two on 216-1 in their first innings - trailing their hosts by exactly 100. Sky Bet are 1/5 that Cook will go on and complete his 150 and 7/4 he'll record a double century.
In reaching three figures Cook became England's leading century maker in Test history moving ahead of the likes of Wally Hammond and Geoff Boycott.
The Essex batsman, who also became the youngest player to reach 7,000 Test runs, is now 10/1 with Sky Bet to go on and hit 50 centuries for his country.
Sky Bet are offering 12/1 for the England skipper to top Sachin Tendulkar's record for most Test runs currently standing at 15,638.
England are now 8/13 favourites to press home their advantage and win the third Test with India 8/1 and the draw 7/4.
