England have named an unchanged 12-man squad for the third and final Test against Sri Lanka at Lord's.

Alastair Cook's side went 2-0 up in the series with a nine-wicket victory in Durham on Monday and will head to London on June 9 in good spirits after another fine display with bat and ball.

Cook became the youngest player - and first Englishman - to score 10,000 Test runs in making his 47no in England's successful pursuit of 79 for victory.

Jake Ball has been the odd man out in the first two Tests as the unused 12th man, but with the series safe, he could make his debut after coach Trevor Bayliss admitted he would like to have a look at the paceman soon.

Fast bowler Steven Finn is the most likely candidate to make way if the Nottinghamshire quick plays in London.
