England international Chris Jordan has signed a contract extension with Sussex that will keep him at Hove until 2019.
Jordan took 52 wickets and scored 483 runs last season as Sussex finished fourth in County Championship Division Two.
The 29-year-old was the club's highest wicket-taker in the 2017 T20 Blast - taking 16 wickets at an average of 20.43.
"I'm delighted to be extending my stay here at a club I have grown to love," said Jordan. "There is a lot of talent here and I'm looking forward to winning trophies with this great club."
Sussex's director of cricket, Keith Greenfield, believes Jordan will be a key figure for the club next season as they look to gain promotion to County Championship Division One.
"It's fantastic that CJ has signed a contract extension, further committing his future to the club," said Greenfield.
"He is becoming a key, senior figure in the squad and is playing an important role in developing the younger bowling group."
