Aussie ace wants to make big impression in South Africa

Watch coverage of the ICC World Twenty20 live on Sky Sports from September 11 Brett Lee is back from injury, and eager to re-establish himself in Australia's team at the Twenty20 world championship. The paceman missed out on Australia's victorious World Cup campaign, because of an operation to repair torn ligaments in his left ankle. He starred in the Ashes series whitewash against England over the winter, but Stuart Clark has gone on to prove his quality in the 30-year-old's absence.

Rivals

With competition provided by Mitchell Johnson, Nathan Bracken, Clark and Ben Hilfenhaus in the bowling department, Lee is eager to make his mark. "I have missed playing cricket," he told Sky Sports News. "I was unfortunate to miss the World Cup through a freak fielding accident. "The most important thing now is that I'm feeling good and I'm back, so I can't wait to play some more cricket." Australia begin their campaign against Zimbabwe on September 12, before facing England two days later, ahead of the Super Eights stage.
