The Ashes: Geoff Marsh frustrated by Ricky Ponting comments on Michael Clarke
Australia captain Michael Clarke enjoyed a welcome injury boost, but off-field matters have been making the headlines.

Clarke has been plagued by a long-term back injury, but he scored 88 for New South Wales in their Sheffield Shield match with Tasmania in Sydney on his return to action after six weeks out.
But, rather than focus on the positives of that innings, Clarke had to field questions about claims made by former national captain Ricky Ponting.
Ponting is critical of Clarke in his autobiography, which is currently being serialised in the Australian press, accusing him of being a poor team player.
Clarke was clearly annoyed at being asked to answer questions about Ponting's book, rather than Australia's chances of regaining The Ashes following his comeback knock.
When asked about Ponting's claims, he responded: "Ricky said that did he? Well, Ricky has my number."
However, the two are understood to have since settled their differences following a phone call.
Australia legend Geoff Marsh is unhappy with the situation, but is glad they have resolved any tension.
"I'm disappointed because they are two great cricketers, but I've just read that they've had a phone call and have made up, which is fantastic," he told Sky Sports News.
"I don't like seeing team-mates having a go at each other when they retire because they shared so many great moments together, especially in that era.
"They played in some great Australian teams and I just find it disappointing when you retire and you criticise and have a go at team-mates."
