Durham all-rounder Hickey to undergo surgery on collarbone

Opening batsman Cameron Steel has signed a new two-year deal with Durham, tying him to the club until the end of 2019.
The California-born star hit his maiden first-class century against Northamptonshire in June and has featured in all three formats.
Durham head coach Jon Lewis said of Steel: "He's demonstrated real talent this year and contributed well in both the red and white-ball format.
"He's a good character to have in the dressing room and someone who has benefited greatly from a good run in the team this season."
Steel, who scored 37 against Lancashire on his NatWest T20 Blast debut on Sunday, also struck his maiden Royal London One-Day Cup fifty, against Nottinghamshire, earlier this term.
Durham all-rounder Adam Hickey, meanwhile, will undergo surgery on his right collarbone, having fractured it while trying to take a catch against Lancashire in the Blast this weekend.
