Moeen has been with the county since 2007 and will extend that stay past 10 years if he remains with them for the length of his contract, which adds five years to his current deal.
He has proved to be one of the most consistent all-rounders in the domestic game, scoring six first-class centuries since arriving at New Road from Warwickshire, also taking five wickets on three occasions.
Moeen said: "When I first joined the club many people told me what a fantastic place New Road is to play and they are right, so I am delighted to commit my long-term future to the club.
"The future for Worcestershire looks good and being a part of it excites me. I look forward to helping the club progress back to Division One and win some trophies."
Andrew, also an all-rounder, has claimed nearly 150 wickets since joining the county in 2008 and is one of the more aggressive hitters in the game, especially in the limited-overs formats, and he has signed for a further two years.
He said: "I'm really happy to extend my stay here at Worcester, and am looking forward to the next two years. Hopefully, I'll play an integral part in helping the club progress during what is an exciting time, both on and off the pitch."
The county's director of cricket Steve Rhodes said: "We're absolutely delighted that Gareth and Moeen have agreed to the new deals. They are game changing all-rounders, and the manner in which they bat and bowl will be an important factor going forward.
"As our number one spinner, number three batsman and one-day opener, Moeen is probably one of the most important players in the staff, so put together they are two of our key all-rounders.
"We're also proud that we are now seeing the benefits of our hard work. We put a lot of efforts in to developing these players, and it's wonderful to secure their futures at the club."
