Surrey manged a paltry 136 all out after winning the toss and choosing to bat first, losing their last eight wickets for 37 runs.

Jason Roy (24) had got the side off to a solid enough start at 45-0 in the ninth over before being dismissed by a stunning Laurie Evans catch at midwicket. Surrey struggled to recover and suffered a dramatic lower-order collapse.

Warwickshire made light work of their target, with Trott striking his second fifty - to go with three hundreds - in seven innings in the tournament, as they eased to victory with eight wickets and just under 20 overs to spare..
