Ricky Ponting says there will be no repeat of the form against South Africa which threatened to end his Test career.

Friday's first Test marks the first time Australia's leading run-scorer has faced the South Africans since a two-match series which brought him just 70 runs - 62 of them in his final innings.
At that point Ponting was without a Test century in almost two years but, rejuvenated by that fifty in Johannesburg, the former captain went on to enjoy a bumper home series against India.
And ahead of the Gabba opener he told Sky Sports News: "I had a good summer last year but I'm not going to rest on that.
"I want to keep challenging myself and see where I can take my game. I'm confident that through this series I'll have a big impact."
Ponting is expected to be fit despite a hamstring niggle, while Victoria batsman Rob Quiney is in line to make his debut in place of the injured Shane Watson.
Captain Michael Clarke said: "He's very mature - a senior player who's played a lot of first-class cricket. He'll fit in very comfortably."
