One of the toughest things to convey through live cricket on television is the sheer pace of the game, more specifically what it's like to face 90mph bowling.
So, we mounted a camera to Nasser Hussain's cap and gave him the task of taking on the bowling machine - hopefully with more success than he found against Andrew Strauss and a tennis racquet a few years ago.
South African speedster Morne Morkel has caused England a fair few problems during the series, with batsmen having less than half a second to react to his rapid bowling.
Hussain highlights the importance of a batsman's trigger moments in facing fast bowling, and talks of how helmets have helped batsmen take the attack to the bowlers a bit more.
