What is the Doritos Dodgeball Challenge?

It's dodgeball, but not as you know it. Teams still play in groups of six, still need to dodge balls and will still face six fearsome opponents. But that's where the similarities end.

Our mission is to find a dodgeball team from the UK worthy of taking on the best in the world, the San Diego Crossfire. And to find them, we've created the ultimate test of skills: a team of six lean, mean dodgeball-firing cannons, built to battle the cream of UK dodgeballing talent.

A technological marvel, each cannon will be controlled by a member of the public from their PC and the comfort of their home or office via this website. People the length and breadth of the country - and beyond - will simply log on to the website, choose a cannon, aim it, then fire. It will be the job of the selected teams to dodge as if their lives depend on it.

The six cannons are set up in a unique Doritos dodgeball court located in a secret London location. The challenge facing the UK contenders will be to come to London, face the cannons and show the world their worth.

Over the course of the month, the team that performs best will be crowned the Doritos champions. And beyond the fame and glory this will entail, the team will be rewarded with £10k prize money and an amazing trip to Las Vegas to play a one-off World Series match against the US champions, the San Diego Crossfire.
