It is a home advantage, Belle Vue is not one of the stronger teams and they will need to capitalise on their home advantage.

Quotes of the week
It is a difficult time for the champions and they are desperate to get some of their riders back. Every team goes through injury problems, but Coventry's could not have come at a worse time.
They have ridden far less meetings than anyone else, which initially was not a problem. However to make up those meetings, they now have three meetings in a week. They have injury problems so it is not a good time for them to have all those meetings almost straight after each other.
So they are under an enormous amount of pressure, especially as they have already lost twice this week already. Racing away at Belle Vue, they will be desperate for Chris Harris, their top man to be back in the side.
Belle Vue is a tight track. Last time we were there a fortnight ago it was very grippy and several riders, including some of the home riders, struggled with the conditions.
I have not seen it that grippy for some time. Jason Crump seems to revel in it, but one or two of his lesser riders did seem to battle with the conditions.

It is a pleasure to watch Jason Crump at the moment. He has been in inspired form. He is a really hard man to beat and he has turned his GP season around with a win at Cardiff last weekend.
His domestic form well he has had four maximums on the bounce at Belle Vue, so his form is pretty good at the moment.
From Coventry's point of view, well fingers cross that Chris Harris is fit because he is another rider that can be very exciting. He is really needed by the Bees because this is the sort of track that will suit him.
Harris has been missing because he had a few pile ups down in Cardiff. We also saw last Monday that they had a problem with Billy Janniro who crashed in the opening race and has been missing. So they desperately need those two back to get back to their winning ways.
