This final part of training is hard mainly becasue it's boring, but it won' t be too long before I get on the scales and I can have a decent meal again!

Today is about getting the last couple of pounds off.

I went for a run in the afternoon and one in the evening.

This final part of training is hard mainly becasue it's boring, but it won' t be too long before I get on the scales and I can have a decent meal again!

We spent last night just chilling out watching the television and playing cards.

But at least my luck seems to have changed as I have started winning more than I lose.

I just hope that luck continues with me through to Saturday night!
