Rigon has agreed a new two-year deal with the Scuderia and will combine his role with the F1 team with a drive in the World Endurance Championship in an AF Corse run Ferrari 458.
Spaniard Gene, who started 36 grands prix for Minardi and Williams, has also been confirmed and becomes the team's longest serving driver - his relationship with team started in 2004 - following the departure of Felipe Massa to Williams. De la Rosa joined Ferrari last season after HRT withdrew from F1 and having previously been a long-serving test driver at McLaren.
The Scuderia say all three drivers will be available "for its development work on the F14 T and other racing and promotional activities."
The Sky Sports F1 Online team will be providing live commentary of all three winter tests, with live updates from trackside also on Sky Sports News.
