Although Raikkonen left Ferrari after three seasons to make way for Fernando Alonso at the end 2009, increasingly loud rumours in recent weeks have suggested the Scuderia are considering a move for the Lotus driver to replace team stalwart Felipe Massa.
Asked in an interview with Sky Sports News reporter Rachel Brookes on Thursday ahead of Ferrari's home Italian GP if they would consider re-hiring Raikkonen one day, Domenicali replied "why not?"
In the interview, which can be viewed above, Domenicali also spoke about Alonso's current mindset, the challenge for the team at Monza and the pressure on Massa as the Brazilian strives to retain his seat.
