To date, Lotus are the only outfit to announce they will not be running in the four-day event which commences next Tuesday.
In a message to fans posted from their official Twitter account, the Marussia team, which will be powered by Ferrari engines in 2014, confirmed:
'Yes, for those of you asking if we'll be in Jerez next week...we will indeed. Can't wait to see the new #MR03 out on track!
'Planning to get straight down to the business of testing & looking forward to running all the new elements
'Early days of course but at this stage we'd like to thank @InsideFerrari for all their support with our new powertrain #GreatPartners'
Speaking to Sky Sports Online earlier this month, Sporting Director Graeme Lowdon acknowledged the importance of taking part in each of the three winter tests ahead of the new season, which begins in Australia on March 16.
"Every team is working towards that, testing time in Formula 1 is incredibly limited, so if it is there and you can use it, you want to use it," said Lowdon.
"That said there are a thousand tiny components that can stop you or slow you. But hopefully we will be there, that is certainly what we are planning for."
After retaining both Max Chilton and Jules Bianchi for 2014, Marussia are, along with Mercedes, one of only two teams to have kept their 2013 driver line-up for the new campaign.
