Cerny: error against Leicester
A win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday would make up for the disappointment of the last two performances.

Quotes of the week
Individual mistakes seem to be costing the Super Hoops dear at the moment.
After a great October, this month hasn't started as well for Rangers. Two home matches failed to produce a win against either Leicester City or Crystal Palace.
In fairness, Leicester are the best team I've seen us play this season. They came to Loftus Road with a game plan and knew exactly how to stop us playing. The Foxes kept the midfield very compact which didn't allow us to play the football we are capable of and have been doing in the last few weeks.
In contrast, we should have really beaten Palace. After taking the lead we had many chances to grab a second but it just didn't come. You hear pundits say week after week that when leading one-nil there is always a chance and that came when the Eagles equalised from the spot.
These games could and possibly should have been won. Looking at the last three goals we have conceded, it doesn't take an avid football fan to point out who was at fault. Step onto the scene: Damien Stewert, Radek Cerny and Fitz Hall.
As most R's fans would tell you, Stewert has been the best defender at the club for the last two seasons. There are times though where he loses concentration, which was illustrated during the Foxes' first goal on Friday night. Matt Fryatt should have been the man that he was marking but the striker wandered past him and headed the equaliser for the visitors.
In my opinion, Cerny is the best keeper in the Championship. His shot-stopping, catching and distribution is second to no other keeper in the league. But along with Stewert, he made an error which cost us the game. Taking short goal kicks is seen a lot at HQ, the gaffer wants us to keep the ball on the ground and this works by working the ball from the back up to the strikers. This time though, Cerny passed the ball straight to that man Fryatt, who coolly slotted away his second and the winner.
Another game and another set back for the Super Hoops. After going 1-0 up we should have seen the game out and ultimately let the lead slip through a penalty. While many agreed it was a pen straight away, I couldn't help but think did Hall really did need to bring down the opponent? The Palace player still had a bit to do but these things happen. Credit to Hall though, he has been magnificent this season and I think it was just an error on his part.
I'm sure the trio can put this behind them as they are all valuable members to the squad. A win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday would make up for the disappointment of the last two performances.
