Crew highlights 2008!

It's that festive time of year when we look back on the last 12 months and reflect.

For some it's also a time for a bit of soul searching too, but that's a little too serious for us, so we've taken a slightly lighter view.

Max, Tubes, Rocket, Trev, Lisa and all the gang have picked their best and worst moments of 2008 and they've even told us what they would buy their Secret Santa in something that we've ingeniously called Not So Secret Santa!

Plus, they reveal what they really want for Christmas and lay out the New Year's resolutions, which they will never keep. So sit back with a glass of milk and mince pie and enjoy...

Highlight of 2008: Getting the Soccer AM job.
Low point: Ending up in bed with one of FHM's top 100 women and playing it cool.
New Year's resolution: Never to do that again.

What would you buy Helen: A Seat Ibiza - I've actually bought her a book of wildlife photography
All I want for Christmas is ... A contract extension. Oh, and peace

Highlight of 2008: I have been lucky enough to do some really great stuff this year, but probably meeting Frank Lampard and seeing Alesha again.
Low point: Not being able to sit down for a week after Jimmy Bullard thumped a ball right up my backside.
New Year's resolution: Cut down on drinking, but this has been my New Years resolution for the past 10 years and nothing has changed.

What would you buy James: Some pies because his 6 pack puts everybody to shame.

Baby Elvis

Highlight of 2008:Getting my second cap at Wembley and managing to save three penalties (God knows how!) and seeing Spurs lift the Carling Cup of course!
Low point: Being told I was the spitting image of Aaron Carter at a house party I went to in the summer.
New Year's resolution: To get rid of my ridiculous highlights and to vow never to colour my hair again. (Apparently the highlights make me look a bit feminine)

All I want for Christmas is... BANT!

Highlight of 2008: Glastonbury without doubt - Great weather, lying on the grass intoxicated with pear cider. Massive Attack and Kings of Leon in a field at night, nothing better than that.
Low point: Falling off a speedboat in Devon and no-one realising I'd gone - I don't think I've ever been so cold.
New Year's resolution: To learn the guitar and stop going to Infernos on a school night.

What would you buy Graham: I'd buy him some glittery pink Dame Edna-style glasses to lighten his mood a bit.
All I want for Christmas is... Some new football boots. Preferably World Cups because they are simply the best and my current world cups (which I've had for 12 years!) are starting to get a bit ragged. Size 11 please.

Highlight of 2008: Winning the Carling Cup Final (obviously not me personally). It was such a great day!.
Low point: Having to take part in the Soccer Am dance off, speaking of which I'm going to have to do it again soon ... AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!.
New Year's resolution: Not to eat so much chocolate, go to the gym, blah blah blah! (it's never going to happen).

What would you buy Simon:Everton Football Club .... It's all he goes on about!.
All I want for Christmas is... Spurs guaranteed to win the Premier League (stop laughing!!!) and peace in the world.

Highlight of 2008: The best highlight for me has got to be that strand of hair just on the top left of Baby Elvis' head...
Low point: Leaving the pub in disgust after Spurs went 4-2 down against Arsenal only to miss both late goals in 'that' game.
New Year's resolution: To never doubt the Mighty Spurs again...

What would you buy Dave:I'd probably get Westwood to pimp Disco Dave's VW Campervan...he loves that ride.
All I want for Christmas is... Is another three points for my 'Southern Amateur League South Div 2' table topping Weirside Rangers!!!

Highlight of 2008: Everton finishing 5th /getting Soccer AM job.
Low point: No England in Euro 2008.
New Year's resolution: Lose weight, quit smoking...same as last year...

All I want for Christmas is... A holiday. Preferably with a Soccerette...

Highlight of 2008: Joining Soccer AM of course.
Low point: Seeing Arsenal's title chances slip away, after a good start last season.
New Year's resolution: To try and avoid a heart attack during Dance Off 2009.

What would you buy Bobbie:Clinique M moisturiser, he gets through two tubes a day.
All I want for Christmas is... Helen's motor.

Highlight of 2008: My trip to Africa was amazing. Seeing how football can give hope to those who have nothing was really something.
Low point: Taking one for the team and getting hit by Baby Elvis.
New Year's resolution: To stop doing internet questionnaires.

All I want for Christmas is... To be tall.

Highlight of 2008: Getting drunk with my Nan.
Low point: Rugby.
New Year's resolution: To buy a suit.

What would you buy Chris:I'd buy Chris a nice hat as I've never seen him wear one which can only mean that he must needs one.
All I want for Christmas is... A new telly, a stereo and a laptop and some kind of picture as the walls are a bit bare.

Highlight of 2008: My summer trip to Ibiza. The best moment was during a boat party, the sun was setting and the music was playing...paradise.
Low point: The flight home!
New Year's resolution: I've never made a New Year's resolution, just take each day as it comes and party like a rock star.

What would you buy Rocket:I would buy Rocket some Stilts, so he can experience what it feels like to be tall...and some chocolates as an apology for getting him stilts.
All I want for Christmas is... Some sort of silverware at Arsenal!
