Sky Sports is launching a survey to find out the best player ever to wear a Rotherham shirt - and we would like you to get involved.
We are asking fans of each of the 92 English League teams and 12 Scottish Premier League sides to nominate their all-time favourite footballers.
Administration worries may have dogged Rotherham United following the turn of the century, but Millers fans have plenty of fond memories of some of the game's greats.
Current manager Mark Robins, who has played for the likes of Manchester United and Norwich City, starred for the South Yorkshire outfit for three seasons until 2003 after netting 44 goals in 107 appearances.
Former Aston Villa man Darren Byfield netted 20 goals in a two-year spell while Millmoor was Shaun Goater's first port of call following the Bermudan's release by Manchester United.
Goater bagged 70 goals for the club and helped them win the 1996 Auto Windscreens Shield.
Ronnie Moore was a hugely popular player for the club before going on to manage the Millers. He scored over half a century of goals during his three seasons in the early 80s.
More recently Paul Hurst spent 15 years at Millmoor making 436 appearances for the club prior to being released at the end of the 2007/08 campaign.
To make your selection please complete the form below and tell us why you are putting your chosen nominee forward.
Once we have received all your nominations, we will narrow down the selections for each side to the 10 leading candidates. You can then vote for your personal favourite.
After all votes are cast we will reveal the winners ahead of the 2009/10 season and crown the Rotherham's greatest-ever player!
Robins: Three seasons as a player
Moore: Fans' favourite
Goater: 70 goals for the club
Byfield: Two-year spell
