Barcelona manager Luis Enrique says Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan will play some part in their Copa del Rey clash at home to Espanyol on Wednesday.
The duo were signed last summer from Atletico Madrid and Sevilla respectively but have yet to play because of a FIFA transfer ban imposed on Barca for breaching rules over the signings of under-age players.
The European champions confirmed on Monday that Turan and Vidal are now officially Barcelona players and have been given their squad numbers, and Enrique has promised them game time at the Nou Camp for the round of 16 first leg tie.
"Both of them will get the chance to wear the Barca shirt and play a part in the match. We have GPS data from their training sessions that shows that they are perfectly capable of playing the full 90 minutes.
"Arda can play in the middle or out wide, and I dare say Aleix Vidal could play in any of three positions, either at full back, centre back or even out on the wing.
"He can play in any of these positions depending on what we need to get from certain matches. Both players have outstanding skill."
Barcelona dropped points in La Liga against city rivals Espanyol on Saturday, playing out a goalless draw at Estadi Cornella-El Prat.
But Enrique says Barca created enough chances to win the match, and will treat the tie as if there is no second leg.
"We shall play as there was no second leg. My players are perfectly motivated for this clash.
"We played a great game at their ground. We created six or seven very clear goalscoring chances that could have won us the match.
"But that doesn't mean that there weren't a lot of things that we need to improve, and in fact we have been able to do just that."
