Bayern Munich 0 Real Madrid 4. All over and it is Carlo Ancelotti's men who romp their way into the Champions League final. A humbling night for Bayern and their boss Pep Guardiola.
Martinez tripped 35 yards out, dead centre. Real subs and injured stars mingling with travelling supporters. They've had a great night out.
Bayern handed out a European hammering to Barcelona last season, this term they find themselves on the receiving end of one from Spanish opposition.
GOAL REAL MADRID - RONALDO. Finishing touches added by Ronaldo. As the Bayern wall jumps, he fires underneath it. Neuer left rooted to the spot as the ball flashes past him. Very clever from Ronaldo.
Ronaldo skipping across the edge of the box. He passes up two opportunities to shoot, and is then tripped by Kroos. Another promising opportunity from a dead-ball situation. Bale keen this time.
Ronaldo drills into the wall. Loose ball breaks for Isco. He combines with Varane, but a return ball over the top of Alaba has too much on it and runs behind for a goal kick. Better luck for Isco second time around, as he finds Bale. He hits a red wall.
Modric bundled over by Kroos 35 yards from goal, just left of centre. Ronaldo straight over to place the ball. He may fancy his chances here. A long way out, but worth a hit. Trademark stance taken up.
Schweinsteiger with a late lunge on Modric. He catches the Real man on the ankle, but escapes a caution. Ronaldo nods into Bale, who finds Carvajal. He sets off down the right, heading for the corner flag.
Lahm taking a risk inside his own box. He has to stretch to poke the ball into Alaba with Ronaldo racing into view. Bayern skipper then makes his way up the other end, but can't find room for a cross.
Di Maria's night is over as Real choose to make their final change. Promising Brazilian midfielder Casemiro sent on in his place.
Modric takes short. Di Maria then delivers. Bale flying in to try and get a touch, but the ball sails over his head. Varane then pulled up for a tug inside the box. Bayern can clear. They move all the way forward, and then all the way back. Whistles from the crowd.
Alaba fortunate as he sees a very ambitious effort from a long way out flick off Ronaldo and behind for a corner. Alaba's set-piece is easily dealt with. Di Maria racing out on the counter. He plays the ball off Lahm and behind for a corner at the other end.
Clever from Coentrao as, with Robben at his back, he flicks the ball up before volleying clear. Home fans starting to stream out of the Allianz Arena. They have seen enough. Bayern win a free-kick wide on their right. Played short.
Isco will get a late run out for Real. Benzema the man to make way. High fives all round on the visiting bench. They are 10 minutes from the Champions League final.
Gotze drifts out to the left wing. Again, Real regroup and allow the hosts to play in straight lines 35 yards out. Carvajal then nips in, runs the ball away and wins a free-kick as he is clipped.
Space for Kroos 20 yards out. He turns back onto his left foot and looks for the top corner. He isn't far away from finding it, with Casillas springing across his goal. He was beaten, but the effort slips over.
Kroos is caught on the toe by Benzema as he tries to send a pass wide. Free-kick in the centre circle. Ball sent out to Robben, but he runs into Alonso. Pepe steps out for Real, but squanders possession 30 yards from his own goal.
Great skill from Gotze in a tight area. He takes the ball on his thigh, drags it back, spins and then volleys inches over the top. As close as Bayern have come.
Finally, Ancelotti takes the decision to replace Ramos with Varane. Real's two-goal hero will, fitness permitting, grace the final after avoiding a costly caution.
Alonso flying into the back of Robben, forcing him backwards. Bayern edge their way forward. Lahm found in plenty of space on the right. A drilled cross finds PIzarro. His first touch is out of his feet and he then goes to ground inside the box. Nothing given.
Corner comes to nothing. Ronaldo then chases a long ball over the top. Better from Neuer as he comes out of his area to mop up. No wild sliced clearance on this occasion.
Composed defending from Carvajal as he chests back to Casillas. He flicks the ball into his hands. Real enjoying themselves. Bayern ready to make another change. On the field, Lahm cuts across from the right and wins a corner.
Neuer clears into Ribery. Real flooding players back. Kroos slides into Robben. A neat one-two makes space, but it is quickly closed in and around the penalty area. Ribery can force the ball into the box, but it won't break for the hosts.
Ribery cuts in from the right. He makes the edge of the box. He looks for Muller, but the boot of Pepe is in the right place again for Real. Visitors counter - not quite as quickly as they were in the first half. Bale swings play across the field from right to left. Di Maria hangs over a cross. Ronaldo up above Alaba, but nods wide.
Pepe with another important foot in to cut out a Lahm cross. Ramos then nods the throw back where it came from. Real's centre-halves have been rock solid. Coentrao slides in to halt Lahm in his tracks.
Ribery with another dart to the by-line, but unable to keep the ball in play. Real look very comfortable. Bayern forced all the way back to the feet of Neuer.
Bayern supporters still waving their flags, but the noise levels have dropped considerably. The locals turned up in expectation, but will leave hugely disappointed with the efforts of their side. Too predictable.
Ronaldo into Benzema on the edge of the box. He goes square for Modric. A looping cross causes mayhem in the Bayern box. The ball drops to Coentrao six yards out, who sees a shot blocked. Home defending all over the place again.
Solid strike by Kroos from distance. Casillas sees it from a long way out and is able to get two hands behind the ball. He fumbles slightly, but gathers at the second attempt.
Di Maria sees a clearance closed down. Boateng flicks down the right, but Coentrao can come over to clear. Modric breaking things up again in the middle of the park. Not really what he is known for, but has been brilliant in a holding role tonight.
Corner comes to nothing. Dante stays forward, but fails to thread a pass down the middle for Muller. Bale breaks out on the counter. He ends up standing on the ball and Bayern can move forward. Hosts really lacking in pace when they counter.
Martinez strolls out from the back, but short passes are played in front of Real. Urgency from Bayern as they win a throw. Taken quickly into Muller, who gets to the by-line and forces Casillas to turn behind from a tight angle.
Neuer out of his area again to nod into Lahm. His long punt forward is met by Pepe. Ribery collects very deep, with Alaba ahead of him. Bayern held up on the edge of the Real box. A drop of the shoulder from Ribery carries him into the area, but he drills straight at Casillas.
Ramos gives the ball away and prods out for a throw. Robben probing again. He allows Schweinsteiger to take over, but a looping pass over the top falls nowhere near a red shirt.
Guardiola not impressed. Not his night. His side are back on the ball. Real still happy to drop and sit tight when the hosts have the ball. Visitors aren't wasting energy chasing all over the field.
Kroos down the left for Alaba. His cross falls to Lahm on the other side. He dinks over from the right, but Pepe leaps to nod out. Bayern keep pressing. Boateng strides forward and finds Lahm. Build-up is too slow from the hosts. As I say that, Robben finds a yard 20 yards out and curls inches wide of the post.
Kroos goes over the top for Muller. Right idea, but the ball skids away and Muller has to slide in to prevent a goal kick. Bayern push forward trying to peg Real in. Loose pass from Modric keeps play in the Real half.
Ronaldo wins a throw down the left flank. Real wasting time as the ball is passed between three players. Coentrao eventually takes. Modric then drills wide to Di Maria. His cross is flicked away from Ronaldo by Boateng near the penalty spot.
Alaba takes the corner. He fires to the front post, where Martinez glances over the top. Casillas remains untested. Bayern players trying to keep each other going, but they know this game is slipping away from them.
Lahm to the by-line and hanging a cross to the back post. Real smuggle the ball out. Bayern try again. Lahm cuts back to Kroos, then gets it back. He needs two attempts to get a delivery over, which breaks to Alaba. Brave block from Ramos loops the ball over the crossbar.
Guardiola out on the touchline bellowing out instructions. Too late now. Real swarming around Bayern, with Robben closed by three white shirts. Visitors working hard to preserve their clean sheet.
Di Maria with a toe in to prod back to Coentrao, who does well to keep the ball in play as he is forced back. Real try to force the issue and send the ball out for a throw on halfway.
Real win a throw down their right. They can take their time. Ball into the chest of Bale, then into the feet of Benzema. Play spread to the left for Ronaldo. Di Maria worked in behind, but the flag goes up. Great vision from Ramos to spot him.
Real prepared to sit off Bayern and let them play in front of them. No holes in that defensive unit at the moment. Kroos out to Alaba, then into Ribery. He lets the ball run through to Muller, who is met by Ramos. Muller lunges in and is fortunate not to be booked.
Coentrao pushing down the left, but leaving the ball for Di Maria. Real happy to go backwards and retain possession. Bayern not closing quite as quickly now. Real able to knock the ball around with ease in midfield. Loose pass from Carvajal concedes a throw.
Martinez sitting deep, which should help to prevent Real countering so easily. Hosts back into their passing stride, but forced wide. Ribery's low cross is sliced by Pepe, then hacked out by Ramos.
While Bayern have decided not to play with a striker in the second half, Real have opted to keep Ramos on the field. Surely Ancelotti will pull him early - not worth taking the risk. No need to take the risk with Varane on the bench.
Pete Shields says: "I see Bayern making a bit of a come back in the second half but Real Madrid scoring again to put the tie beyond Bayern - final score 2 - 4."
Ameen says: "As a Madrid fan really happy but I think Bayern will score I think we will go through never expected this hala Madrid."
Jack Stacey says: "It's going to get a even more embarrassing for Munich as the game goes on. 6-0 Madrid?"
Anas Wakhani says: "Reckon Bayern will get a couple of goals in the second half but Real will win the tie 2-4 (2-5 aggregate). Really hope they face Atletico in the final."
Remember you can also bet in-play at Skybet.com. Bayern are now 22/1 to come out on top, with Real 1/20 and the draw 9/1. You can get 14/1 on Real to win 5-1.

Bayern Munich 0 Real Madrid 3. The half ends with Neuer racing from his goal again. Visitors in complete control and on their way to the final.
Not the best from Ronaldo. He catches the ball cleanly enough, but sends it arrowing into the crowd. Bayern looking for one more attack. Lahm sees a cross charged down by Coentrao.
Ronaldo running the ball out and is tripped. Behind him, Di Maria has gone down after being caught by Mandzukic. Ronaldo looking to try his luck from the set-piece.
Replays being shown of Ribery slapping Carvajal inside the box. He is a lucky boy. In the present, Bayern win another corner. Played short, then back to Robben. He delivers onto the head of Pepe. Casillas untested so far. Ramos and Pepe have been excellent.
Robben finally takes the corner, and feeds it short to Alaba. He squares for Robben, who gets to the by-line. He loops the ball into the six-yard box, where Ramos puts it behind. The latest corner comes to nothing.
Ball struck Pepe on the side of the head, but he would appear to be catching a breather. Not the best of ideas, as he now has to leave the field for the corner. Officials now speaking to Ramos.
Lahm feeds over a cross from the right which Mandzukic can't meet. The ball drops out to Alaba, who sees a shot cannon behind off Pepe. Robben with the corner. Casillas parries up into the air, before Bale clears. Ball back with Robben, who sees a cross flick off Pepe and behind. Real defender goes down holding his face. Bayern fuming.
Carvajal with a timely interception, and Real can start teasing Bayern. Bale heads towards the corner, where he is crowded out by three red shirts. Robben breaks, but has no support. He cuts back to the edge of the box. Schweinsteiger goes wide.
Robben goes for goal from 30-odd yards out. He gets the ball up and over the wall, but it is never coming back down and sails into the crowd. Sums up Bayern's night. Fans have gone very quiet.
Alonso will miss the Champions League final. He looks gutted, and well he might. He didn't need to slide in, Real had plenty of bodies around him. Free-kick won't be taken quickly as Alonso reflects on what he has just done and the Real wall takes an age to get back.
So close to a fabulous second for Ronaldo. Neuer caught out again as he makes a mess of a clearance outside of his box. The ball drops to Ronaldo, who fires goalwards. The ball bounces inside the area and over the crossbar. Nightmare for Alonso at the other end as he slides into a needless challenge on Schweinsteiger and is booked.
Ronaldo leaves another charge. Carvajal bombing forward in support from full-back. He is bundled to the turf, and then dragged back to his feet by Boateng. Bayern's breaks lack the intensity of Real's.
Not a clever challenge from Ramos as he slide in on Lahm. He's playing a risky game. He didn't catch the Bayern skipper, but Lahm had to jump out of the way. Ancelotti should maybe take him off and wrap him in cotton wool.
If Guardiola faced some probing questions before this tie, he may have to handle a few more after it. Bayern have to attack, but they are leaving gaping holes at the back.
GOAL REAL MADRID - RONALDO. New record for Ronaldo as he nets his 15th Champions League goal of the season. Real break away on the counter again. Bale's pace takes him clear and he squares for Ronaldo to roll past Neuer.
Di Maria swings over a set-piece from the left. Ronaldo interested this time, but never gets off the floor. The ball hits him and deflects away for a Real throw on their right. Bale unable to create anything, but keeps Bayern pegged in by their own corner flag.
Alaba touches into Robben. He has to run around Pepe, and can't before the ball is cleared from inside the Real box. Spaniards countering again. Better from Benzema this time as he knocks down the line on the left and wins a corner.
Boateng well forward down the right, but conceding a throw. Coentrao taking his time. Locals not happy. Ramos plays out to Carvajal. He looks for Bale, but he can't take a low pass into his stride. Modric does well to keep Ribery at bay.
Ribery cutting inside, making the midfield area very compact. Easy for Real to defend when everyone is so tightly packed. Visitors happy to keep hammering up to halfway and then sitting back.
Kroos delivers. Casillas comes through the crowd to punch clear. Real with everyone back, allowing them to then spring out at pace. Benzema leads the charge, but has his head down and runs into trouble. Ronaldo and Bale were racing up in support to his right.
Robben breaking across the edge of the box and slipping in Alaba on the left. He fires first time into a crowded penalty area, but no-one can get a touch. Ball back with Robben and his shot from distance is touched behind for a corner.
Real breaking up play in midfield. Dante doing the same as the visitors look for Benzema down the middle. Bayern can't find a sight of goal. Real counter with Ronaldo - all on his own. He opts to shoot from 25 yards out, but drills wide of the upright.
Mandzukic gives the ball away again. A weak link for Bayern at the moment - nothing is sticking. Ribery back on the left now. Real sitting off and allowing the hosts to play in the middle of the park.
Ribery inside onto his right foot. A floated cross from deep is met by Ramos. Kroos looks left and right in the middle of the park. He has Lahm wide. He slips a clever pass into the feet of Ribery. From the right of the box, he spins and drills across the face of goal and narrowly wide of the post.
Real now sat very deep. They have done what they came to do and just have to make sure they avoid a momentous collapse now. Bayern pinging the ball around but not getting very far. Ribery into Mandzukic, but his first touch is woeful and loops the ball away from the box.
Ribery away from Carvajal and looking towards the edge of the box. Bayern move from left to right, with Lahm overlapping. He hangs over a cross, which Real can bundle back to Casillas.
Bayern now need four, and have offered nothing as yet to suggest they are capable of getting close to that target. Looking very much like another side will fail to defend the Champions League crown.
What a start for Real. Ramos having to curb his celebrations, aware that he can't afford to pick up a booking. Real attacking again. Ronaldo sends over a low cross, which Neuer spills and claims at the second attempt.
GOAL REAL MADRID - RAMOS. That man again. Real on their way to the Champions League final. Di Maria bends over the free-kick. Pepe gets the slightest of touches and Ramos is arriving at the back post to nod into the bottom corner.
Alonso over the free-kick, which he plays square. More handbags as Carvajal shoves Mandzukic. Tempers starting to boil over. Kroos now flying into a tackle which upends Bale. Free-kick to Real 30 yards from goal, right of centre.
Ronaldo doesn't look too happy as he lies on the turf. He was sent flying by a lunging challenge from Dante. He was caught on the top of his boot. Ancelotti out making sure his talisman is okay.
Bayern have a mountain to climb now. They have gone from needing one goal to get back into the tie to needing three. Play back under way and Dante is cautioned for a reckless challenge on Ronaldo.
GOAL REAL MADRID - RAMOS. The visitors take the lead and get their away goal. Great header from Ramos. Modric whips over the corner and Ramos towers above everyone at the back post to power home unchallenged from eight yards out.
Dante looks long, but finds the head of Ramos. Bayern first to the second ball. Ronaldo can then flick into Di Maria. He goes over the top for Benzema. His first touch is back across goal, and a back-peddling Dante can turn the ball behind for a corner.
Neuer with a terrible clearance that curls out of play on halfway. Can see why Bayern try to play short so often! Hosts soon back on the ball - in fact, we have too many. Ronaldo not helping matters and gets a talking to.
Loose ball drops towards Di Maria. He decides to try his luck, never catches the ball cleanly and sees his wayward shot sail high into the stands. Robben down at the moment struggling with his footwear.
Alonso steps in front of Muller, and Ronaldo can counter. He cuts back and plays safe. Real working through midfield. Di Maria cross, and Bale gathers on the right. He swings over a cross with his right foot, but Boateng gets up in front of Ronaldo.
Ribery involved in an exchange with Pepe. Mandzukic then trots over to offer his input. No need, especially when he is already on a yellow card and could miss the final. Play back under way.
Great chance for Bale. The ball fell on his left foot and he had the whole goal to aim at. Not an easy technique, but he is the world's most expensive player. Play back down the other end, with Ribery pulled up for a foul on Carvajal.
Robben with a direct run, which sees Coentrao get across his path. The slightest touch inside the box and the Real full-back goes down. Free-kick given. Robben not happy. Real go long again, forcing Neuer out of his area. His header is more up than out, but Bale sends a 40-yard volley over the top of a gaping goal.
Carvajal into Bale, and then goes for the return. He doesn't have much to aim at, but a low cross is deflected and forces Boateng into a sliding clearance from in front of his own goal. Bale then races back to cover a run from Ribery.
Muller turns on the edge of the box, but is forced wide by Pepe. Ribery then finds room for a cross, and can get his head up. He has Muller to aim at at the back post, but swings a poor cross around him and out for a throw.
Ribery closing from the front, forcing Pepe into another long punt. Mandzukic then found just outside the box, but the ball breaks off him. Ronaldo gathers and is bundled into by Boateng. Ball over the top for Benzema to chase skips through to Neuer.
Real can't keep hold of the ball. Poor clearance from Casillas sails all the way through to Neuer. Bayern playing their way out, but giving the ball away. Lazy from Benzema as he is flagged offside. Never got back on as Bayern pushed out.
Pepe happy to hack anywhere left-footed. Bayern coming straight back at Real. Modric able to break up play. Carvajal then caught in possession. Muller tries to slip a pass into Schweinsteiger, but Ramos spots the danger.
Robben drifting in field. He forces the ball out to Alaba. His cross is half-cleared to Lahm. He gets too much on his delivery and it sails over the heads of those in the middle. Hurried clearance from Carvajal.
Kroos looking for Robben on the right. He fails to control, as does Coentrao. Throw to Bayern. They are prepared to be patient and go back to Dante. They are only one goal behind so no need to rush things.
Deafening whistles until Bayern touch the ball, which doesn't take long. Hosts straight onto the foot foot. Ribery down the left, feeding back to Schweinsteiger. His cross is met by Robben, but then hammered clear. Real counter, but Di Maria's low delivery is gathered by Neuer.
Teams are out. Champions League anthem to play, a few handshakes and then we'll be on our way. Game faces on!
Worth pointing out before we get under way that Mandzukic, Ramos, Alonso and Illarramendi are carrying yellow cards into this contest and will miss the final if cautioned again. Nervy night for them.
The players are in the, very red, tunnel. We'll have to leave the feedback there for now but there will be further opportunities to have your say at half-time and at the final whistle.
Great atmosphere in the Allianz Arena. Fantastic spectacle prior to kick-off. Fans playing their part. If you aren't inspired by nights such as this, you can't be inspired.
Jack Stacey sees us going all the way: "It will be a close game tonight. 0-1 to Bayern at full time but a tense penalty shootout will decide it."
Bayern have been huddled in the middle of the field. Arjen Robben leading the pre-match team talk. Plenty of finger wagging going on. Hosts look like they mean business. Real walking around high-fiving each other. More relaxed approach.
Priyam Solanki says: "I think Real Madrid will win this, looking at the results of the first leg 2-0 Benzema and Ronaldo on the scoresheet."
Claudia Healy says: "I hope for more goals in this match than in the first leg, predicting Real and Chelsea to win their legs, I mean, who wouldn't want to see an English club in the final? I'm going for a 2-1 win to Madrid (Benzema, Ronaldo + Mandzukic)."
Alan Walker disagrees: "I think Bayern will come out of this match as 3-1 winners. Robben to score 2 and Mandzukic to get the other. Just feel Bayern in front of their home crowd will have too much for Real this evening. Bale to score their goal."
Meghna Solanki says: "I see Real nicking this one.. 2-1 to Madrid!! CR7 and Bale scoring.. hala hala Madrid!!"
A little under half-an-hour until kick-off at the Allianz Arena. Keep your pre-match thoughts and predictions coming in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @Burtytweets.
Dafydd Thomas sees Real romping into the final: "Munich have been less than impressive in this year's Champions League. I can see Ronaldo & Bale pinning Alaba & Lahm back today. Consequently Robben & Ribery won't get the extra support and will fall flat. 3-1 to Madrid (Di Maria x2 & Muller)."
Adam Gillis is hoping to line his pockets: "I want Bayern too win got £400 hanging on this game Bayern 2-1 Madrid."
Lee Godwin is backing the hosts: "Bayern all the way....3-1, Madrid are the bullies of the game and deserve nothing."
Gemma Croucher is another: "Real Madrid to win 3-1 Bale, Ronaldo and Di Maria with the goals! Come on Real Madrid!"
Plenty of support for Real's cause tonight. Umer Khan says: "Bayern won't be able to handle the pace of Real Madrid I feel, especially that Bale is back."
Rifat Ahmed says: "Hoping for a cracking game tonight with the Likes of Robben, Ronaldo, Bale and Ribery on show, this will surely be a tight game and I think Real get through if they play with real pace. Bayern have an average team with no superstars and this competition is for superstars to show what they can do...4-0 Real-Bale and Ronaldo to score."
Chris Green also sees the Spaniards going through. He says: "Real Madrid to win 2-1, with Di Maria and Benzema scoring the goals."
Ameen is first to offer a pre-match thought, saying: "Hope this is the year for Madrid. As a Madrid fan, Bayern will score but I think we will end 2-1, 1-1, 3-2."
Real Madrid team: Casillas, Carvajal, Ramos, Pepe, Coentrao, Alonso, Modric, Di Maria, Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema. Subs: Lopez, Varane, Marcelo, Casemiro, Isco, Illarramendi, Morata.
Bayern Munich team: Neuer, Lahm, Boateng, Dante, Alaba, Robben, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Muller, Ribery, Mandzukic. Subs: Raeder, Van Buyten, Martinez, Rafinha, Pizarro, Gotze, Hojbjerg.
You can also bet in-play throughout the evening at Skybet.com. Bayern start as favourites at 3/4, with Real Madrid 7/2 and the draw is 3/1. You can get Gareth Bale price-boosted to 15/2 to open the scoring.
Can defending champions Bayern make it to a third successive final, and a fourth in five years, or will Real run out victorious? Will we get extra-time or penalties? Who will be the key men for both sides? Let me know your thoughts.

Real, though, have already put in one dogged defensive display and know an away goal in Germany would make them firm favourites to progress and remain on course for a 10th European Cup triumph.
Bayern, who have seen their approach called into question since coming unstuck at the Bernabeu, are still chasing back-to-back trebles and will feel that they are more than capable of turning the tie around on home soil.
There is still all to play for following the first leg in Spain, with a solitary effort from Karim Benzema edging Real in front.
