Bradford v Wigan preview

Bradford City will be without suspended striker Charlie Wyke for their Sky Bet League one home game against Wigan Athletic on Wednesday night.
Wyke was shown a straight red card in the Bantams' defeat at Plymouth Argyle at the end of last month and has yet to start his three-game ban. Boss Simon Grayson could recall long-term absentees Alex Jones (ankle) and Omari Patrick (knee) to the squad for his first home game in charge.
City, who have not played a match at Valley Parade since February 10 due to other teams' involvement in the FA Cup and bad weather, are still without Jake Reeves (groin) and Ryan McGowan (knee).
Wigan boss Paul Cook has no new injuries and a full-strength squad to choose from. Latics face Southampton in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup on Sunday, but Cook confirmed he will be fielding his strongest side.
Experienced trio Alex Bruce, Gary Roberts and James Vaughan are pushing for recalls to the starting line-up. Wigan are in third place, eight points behind leaders Blackburn with four games in hand.
Bradford have lost only one of their 13 home matches against Wigan in all competitions (W5 D7), a 1-0 defeat in January 1983.
There have been just seven goals scored in the last six meetings between the teams in all competitions (three for Bradford, four for Wigan).
Bradford have are winless in their last eight League One fixtures (D2 L6); their worst run since 13 games without a win in February 2014.
After keeping seven successive clean sheets in League One during December and January, Wigan have conceded 11 goals in seven league games, conceding two or more in four of those contests.
Indeed, former league leaders have won just one of their last five League One matches (D2 L2).
