Champions Brentford host relegated Luton on Saturday with both sides already knowing their fate for next season.
The Bees secured the title and automatic promotion to League One last week when they beat Darlington 3-1 on their travels.
Luton have faced an uphill battle to survive all season long and will be looking to end their stay in the Football League on a high with three points at the weekend.
Andy Scott's side will be presented with the League Two trophy at the end of the match to fully kick off their title celebrations.
Bees team news
Damian Spencer will be missing after he suffered a fractured cheekbone two minutes into last weekend's win at Darlington and is due to undergo surgery.
The Cheltenham loanee joins fellow frontmen Nathan Elder (cheekbone), Charlie MacDonald (shoulder), Jordan Rhodes (metatarsal) and Ross Montague (back) in the treatment room.
Goalkeeper Ben Hamer came off with a knock to his knee at Darlington but he will be fit.
Club captain Kevin O'Connor hopes to get a run-out as a substitute after his lay-off with a knee injury while defender Darren Powell returns from a three-match ban.
Hatters team news
Luton boss Mick Harford will again be without skipper Kevin Nicholls for the final game of the season.
The former Leeds midfielder, who had an operation on his knee last week, had his five-game ban upheld by the Football Association on Monday.
The Hatters will also be without defender Lewis Emanuel, who is away on compassionate leave.
Harford will check on a number of other minor concerns as his side seek to bid farewell to the Football League on a high.
"We've got a few injuries," said Harford. "We will see who is fit and available."
