Selection dilemma for Knill as Grimsby are in town

Bury manager Alan Knill has a welcome selection headache up front as the Shakers host Grimsby. Bury's 3-1 win over Hereford in midweek saw Ryan Lowe score twice and Domaine Rouse impress alongside him in a fine display. Now first choice pair Andy Morrell and Andy Bishop are returning to full fitness after hernia problems but Knill must decide whether to keep a winning formula against The Mariners. Jordan Robertson missed the win on Tuesday night due to personal problems but will be back in the squad for the visit of Mike Newell's men. Morrell and Bishop are likely to be on the bench while Damien Allen is still sidelined with a groin strain and Danny Carlton remains a long-term absentee with an Achilles injury.

    Grimsby News

Grimsby boss Newell will hope he can secure his side's first points of the season after three defeats in their opening three games. Newell must choose his team from an unchanged squad as Jean-Louis, Akpa Akpro, Adrian Forbes and Nathan Jarman are still out of action. Akpro is struggling with the thigh strain which kept him out of Rotherham's visit in midweek while knee surgery and a broken foot will keep out for a month both Forbes and Jarman respectively. Southampton loanee Tommy Forecast will continue to keep his place in goal as Nick Colgan is yet to recover from a thigh problem.
