Hearts have a free-kick but there is no time to take it as Muir calls an end to the game. Celtic will now lift the SPL after completing their season in style and the league's top goalscorer Gary Hooper finishes the campaign with 24 league goals after scoring an incredible five today. Hearts will have plenty to think about though, ahead of their cup final next weekend after a pretty poor performance today.
It's five goals for Celtic and five goals for Hooper. Samaras hits a lovely low cross from the right and Hooper beats his marker to stroke his finish past Macdonald.
Great work from Izaguirre on the left as he beats McGowan with skill and crosses well but Samaras can't get control of the ball and the attack fizzles out.
Mulgrew crosses for Samaras at the far post, but the Greek's header is neither a shot or a pass to Commons and it is easy for Macdonald to collect.
Hearts win a corner which Grainger takes. Wanyama's header clears only as far as Prychynenko but he is denied a shooting opportunity as Samaras closes down sharply.
Izaguirre's cross from the left is headed up in the air by Zaliukas. Samaras then challenges the defender in the air and wins fairly before laying it off for Commons to have a striker but it is deflected wide by Hooper.
Hearts win a corner on the left. It is taken by Grainger and is finally cleared by some good defensive work by McCourt.
Celtic break forward and Loovens gets forward to deliver a cross from the right looking for Commons but it is headed clear.
Hooper scores his fourth goal of the afternoon after rounding the Macdonald following Commons' defence splitting pass. 4-0 to Celtic now who are really enjoying themselves now.
Matthews makes a marauding run from the right centre of the pitch into the box, but it is that man Webster who is there to stop him.
Samaras runs forward for Celtic and tries to take on the whole Hearts defence but it is Webster who gets his foot in to make the challenge.
The linesmen have not been good today, and Holt is pulled back for being offside during a good Hearts move when he was clearly on.
Samaras looks to have done well to get past Zaliukas but Muir deems it a foul. Several Celtic players disagree with that decision which denied Celtic a promising counter attack.
Hearts have their first attempt on goal, and Templeton does brilliantly to get himself into a shooting position before firing wide.
Mulgrew plays an excellent ball through to Izaguirre who hits a first time cross but no-one is able to connect for The Hoops.
Hooper combines with Commons, who tries to score rather than look for Samaras in the middle. His effort is just wide and high of the goal.
Commons goes down again just outside the box but this time he is told to get up by Muir as Hearts look to go forward.
Commons swings it in nicely and it looks to have found Samaras but the striker doesn't jump and the ball goes over his head. Should have been four for Celtic.
Commons turns Mrowiec delightfully before being pulled to the floor. Celtic now have a free kick in a promising position on the left.
Matthews puts the ball out of play so Glen can recieve some treatment following his challenge with Loovens.
Celtic forward again and Matthews fires in a cross from the right by-line but it is straight at Macdonald.
Glen disposseses Wanyama in the centre of the pitch as Hearts look to start the half with some passion.
Hearts make a half time change, Holt coming on for Novikovas. The visitors get the second half underway.
Well, the result of this match appears to be a foregone conclusion, and Sky Bet reflect this with their prices. Betting £5000 would win you just a pound as Celtic are 1/5000 to see out victory. Hearts are a whopping 500/1 to make a stunning comeback, while the draw is also out there at 100/1. More realistically, there are some attractive prices for the next goalscorer. He may have already netted three, but Hooper looks sharp today and is priced 4/1 to get the next goal. Samaras also looks very comfortable out there, you can get him to be the next goalscorer at 5/1.
Muir's whistle blows to signal the end of the first half. Celtic lead comfortably and deservedly so. 3-0 with Hooper netting a hat-trick.
McGowan chests back well under pressure for Macdonald following Matthews' dangerous cross from the right.
Celtic have been in complete control of this first half and the scoreline of 3-0 does not flatter them one bit.
Hooper completes a first half hat-trick, confidently striking the ball to the centre of the goal as Macdonald moves to his left.
PENALTY FOR CELTIC! Novikovas blatantly trips Ledley on the left side of the box and Muir has no hesitation in pointing to the spot.
Izaguirre hits a great cross into the box for Samaras who is denied the finish by a vital touch from Zaliukas.
Samaras is penalised for challenging unfairly with Zaluikas to collect the high ball, but it is pretty clear there was no foul. Refereeing decisions haven't been too sharp this afternoon.
Celtic attack on the right again. Matthews cuts the ball inside to Brown, but the captain's first touch is poor and makes Matthews second favourite to collect the ball back. Hearts just about clear but once again fail to keep possession for long.
Wanyama and Matthews combine well on the right, but the former is unable to keep the ball in play as vies with Grainger for possession.
Mulgrew thinks fast to pump the ball forward towards Hooper who made the run, but the pass is overhit and goes out for a goal kick.
Hearts are immediately under pressure as soon as they have the ball, and look unable to build any sort of comeback in this game.
Celtic in an advanced position again. Ledley finds Izaguirre who is free on the left, but Commons is called offside as he looks to recieve a pass from the left back.
First half sub for Hearts who bring on Prychynenko for Taouil, who has been booked and has looked in danger of getting in more trouble.
Matthews prepares to hurl a throw towards the box from the right. He finds Samaras who knocks it back to midfield as Celtic control possession in Hearts' half. They are unable to create a chance though.
Webster heads away Commons' corner. Celtic threaten to attack again, but Ledley's cross is misjudged and goes out for a goal kick.
Wanyama is on the floor with pain after being fouled by Taouil. Celtic win a corner from the free-kick.
Wanyama shows good skill by going past Templeton but Grainger wins the ball back for Hearts, tackling Matthews well.
Hearts look nervy at the moment, and Robinson wastes possession on the right wing by knocking the ball out for a Celtic throw.
Hearts have a throw on the left wing, hoping to capitalise on a rare moment inside Celtic's half. They try to work it into the box but Celtic deal with the danger.
After Samaras is treated for a knock on the head, Mulgrew goes for goal and goes very close but Macdonald rushed to protect the right corner of his goal and does just enough to parry it behind for a corner.
Samaras goes on another of his runs but is fouled by Webster. Celtic may have a go here from this free-kick.
Hearts lose possession in midfield, and Celtic break with pace. The ball finds Samaras, who runs past Zaliukas into the box before playing a perfectly weighted pass across goal for Hooper. Another tap in for Hooper as Celtic go 2-0 up now.
Commons goes for goal from distance with the free-kick but he doesn't connect as well as he would like and it is an easy save for Macdonald.
Izaguirre's cross from the left is badly dealt with my Templeton. The ball breaks to Commons who fires a shot at goal. Macdonald gets down to parry but only directly into the path of Hooper who has an easy tap in to make it 1-0.
Hooper is called offside as he is played through on goal but replays show he was clearly onside there.
Early chance for Celtic as Commons takes the ball from Mrowiec and sets free Hooper, who runs into a tight angle and is unable to beat Macdonald at his near post.

Celtic make two changes for their final Clydesdale Bank Premier League game of the season against Hearts at Parkhead. On a day that the champions are to lift the SPL trophy, Victor Wanyama comes in for right-back Mikael Lustig and striker Georgios Samaras takes over from Anthony Stokes. There is no surprise that Hearts make seven changes ahead of next week's William Hill Scottish Cup final against Edinburgh rivals Hibernian, starting with a front three of Arvydas Novikovas, Gary Glen and David Templeton.
If you fancy a bet on today's game, Sky Bet have Celtic priced at 1/3 to end their Championship winning campaign with a victory. They have Hearts to win at 8/1 while the draw is available at 4/1. Priceboosts include Celtic to win 4-1 at 20/1 and Georgios Samaras to score first at 9/2. I think this will be an open game and I'm going to go for a 2-2 draw, which you can get at 20/1.
